Work-Life Balance Reimagined Summit – Speaker Agreement

Mompreneur Conversations® is a division of Velocity Global Group, Inc.

Velocity Global Group, Inc., producer of the Work-Life Balance Reimagined Summit, hosted by Michele A. Wilson, Founder of Mompreneur Conversations®, desires to electronically record the speaker’s presentation/interview and make the video recording available at no charge for attendees of this virtual event.

2. Use of Recordings

Guest/Speaker grants Velocity Global Group, Inc. the unconditional and irrevocable right to reproduce the recording in any format, and to distribute, sell, prepare derivative works, advertise, and publicize the recordings without compensation to Guest/Speaker (except as detailed in Section 5 below). Velocity Global Group, Inc. may edit the recordings at its discretion. Velocity Global Group, Inc. shall own the worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright in and to the Guest/Speaker’s recording. However, the Guest/Speaker shall also retain the right to use his or her recording for any purpose.

3. Copy Recording.

Guest/Speaker, upon written request to Velocity Global Group, Inc., shall be provided with a copy of his or her recording in electronic format.

4. Speaker Promotion Commitment

Guest/Speaker agrees to send a minimum of three dedicated (solo) emails to your entire email list during the agreed-upon promotional period.

Email 1: 13–7 days before the summit
Email 2: 1 week before the summit
Email 3: On the morning of the summit, Oct 10, 2025 – 8:00 AM PT)

Guest/Speaker also agrees to share three dedicated (solo) social media posts and stories across their active social media outlets during the promotional period.

5. VIP Gift Contribution

Guest/Speaker is permitted to offer a Free VIP Gift (minimum $100 value) that will be available exclusively for VIP attendees. The VIP Pass includes lifetime access to the event recording, all the speaker gifts, and additional resources curated by Michele A. Wilson. Guest/Speaker may also submit a short promotional video for VIP attendees to view during designated commercial breaks.

6. Authority

Guest/Speaker represents that he or she has the full right, power, and authority to grant this release and to perform all of the provisions herein. Guest/Speaker acknowledges that in the event of a breach or alleged breach concerning the terms and conditions herein, Velocity Global Group, Inc. shall be entitled to equitable relief as deemed appropriate, in addition to such other rights or remedies available at law.

7. Indemnification

Guest/Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Velocity Global Group, Inc. and its division Mompreneur Conversations®, along with Michele A. Wilson, from and against all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any breach, misrepresentation, or inaccuracy of the representations and warranties made herein.

8. Governing Law

This release shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States, constitutes the parties’ entire agreement, and may be amended only in writing.
